Update or Delete a Template

Set Dashboard to Show Templates

  • Click “Filter” in the “My ePortfolios” section of the Dashboard (1).
  • Click “Templates” (2).

Update Template Content

  • Click on the template in the Dashboard’s “My ePortfolios” section (1).

  • Click “Edit” (2).

  • Update the template content as desired.
  • Publish the updated content to make it available to users creating ePortfolios using the template.

Please see the “Publish your Work” section of “Share and Publish your Work” for publishing instructions.

Please note that the content update will only affect new ePortfolios created using the template after publication of the new content.

Update Template Settings or Share Settings

  • Select the template in the Dashboard “My ePortfolios” section (1).

  • Click “Edit” (2).

  • Click “Share” (3).

  • Click “Template Settings” (4) to update template settings.

  • Click "Share Settings" (5) to update share settings.

Please see “Edit Share Settings of a Template” for more information about editing Share Settings when working with templates.

Delete a Template

  • Select the template in the Dashboard “My ePortfolios” section (1).

  • Click "Edit" (2).

  • Click “Portfolio Actions” (3), then “Delete” (4).

  • Confirm deletion (5) then click “Yes, delete it” (6).

  • A message will confirm deletion of the template (7).
