New Digication Template Features Now Available to Schools with LMS Integration

Dear Community,

New Digication Template Features are now available for all schools using LMS LTI connections including Blackboard, Canvas, Desire2Learn, Moodle, and Sakai. We know many schools using New Digication across their campus or in smaller scale pilots have been eagerly awaiting the availability of this feature.

New Digication Template Features available in the LMS are very similar to those found when an individual is creating an ePortfolio from with Digication directly. Faculty can save one or multiple templates for the course. Once a template has been saved students creating an ePortfolio will be directed to The Library where they are shown a list of available course templates. They can choose to create a new ePortfolio from a course template or they can choose to add a course template to an existing ePortfolio.

Please note: The New Digication Template Features option through the LMS LTI connection will only appear for the administrators and faculty at your school that have New Digication enabled for their accounts. Additionally, the option will only appear in new courses, not any existing courses that have already been using Digication Classic ePortfolios.
