New Digication Accessibility Update - November 13th, 2017

Dear Digication Community,

We have been working on a number of updates that will improve our platform’s accessibility and wanted to let you know about a planned change to the Help link.

One of our updates will change the Help link for logged in and logged out users to link directly to the Digication Help Desk—https://support.digication.com. This change will improve the end-user experience of those using screen readers as well as provide readily available access for our definitive source of Digication Support articles to all users.

We believe this transition will be smooth since the majority of schools utilizing Digication today are referencing our Help Desk, however, we wanted to provide you with advance notice about this upcoming change. We expect the update to the Help link to occur within the next two weeks and a follow-up announcement will be distributed when the changes are live.
