Digication Development Update and Kora Public Beta Timeline - 1/11/2023

Dear Digication Community,

We wanted to provide you with an update on the Kora Public Beta timeline:

Kora Public Beta

Despite our best efforts, we will not be able to launch the public beta by mid-January as we had previously hoped. The launch date has unfortunately been delayed to the end of Q1. We realize that you may have had plans to use the public beta during the spring semester. We sincerely apologize for this delay! We don’t take timeline adjustments of this magnitude lightly. Our decision is based on being able to provide you with the most stable, secure, and intuitive product. Please let us know if you need any help due to this delay.

Meanwhile, the private beta is still available if anyone from your institution would like to try out Kora ahead of the public beta launch.

Feature roadmap after the release of the public beta

The following features have been under development and are planned to be released after the initial launch of the Kora Public Beta:

• LTI 1.3
• Upgraded CSV import for user, course, and registration
• Notifications
• Gradebook
• Administration tools for Kora
• Outcome based reports
