RESOLVED: Video Processing Issues January 26, 2023

Dear Digication Community,

UPDATE: This issue has now been resolved. We will update our announcement with additional details about the cause and resolution as they become available!

Users were reporting issues with video processing on January 26, 2023. Videos that were recorded or uploaded were becoming stuck at the processing stage.

Embedded videos from services such as YouTube and Kaltura were not impacted by these video processing issues.

We are so sorry for the frustration and difficulty these video processing issues caused for our community today!
