Create or import outcomes

• Outcomes can be defined at multiple levels: system-wide, course, assignment, and/or submission.
• Outcomes can have one or more rubrics associated with them.

Create outcome

1. Click “Outcome & Rubrics” (1).
2. Select “Outcome Collections” (2).
3. Select an outcome collection (3).

NOTE: If there are no outcome collections in the list, you have to create one using “Add” (4).

4. Click “Add” (5).

5. Enter an outcome name (6), outcome number (optional) (7), and description (optional) (8).
6. Click “Save” (9).

Search outcomes

1. In “Outcomes,” enter an outcome name or keywords (1).
2. Matching outcomes will be listed (2).

Import outcomes

1. Click “Outcome & Rubrics” (1).
2. Click “Outcome Collections” (2).
3. Click “Import from Digication Library” (3).

4. Select one or more outcome collections to import (4).
5. Click “Import” (5).

6. The outcome collection (6), outcomes (7), and associated rubrics will be imported into the system.
