- Each outcome belongs to an outcome collection.
- Outcomes can have rubrics associated with them.
- Rubrics allow for the assessment of one or more criteria connected with an outcome.
- Outcomes without a rubric are assessed either as fulfilled or not.
View, edit, and delete outcomes
View outcomes
- You can view outcomes through “Outcomes” and “Outcome Collections."
View through “Outcomes”
- Click “Outcome & Rubrics” (1).
- Click “Outcomes” (2).
- Locate the outcome in the list (4).
- You can search for the outcome by name or keyword (3).
- You can set an outcome as active or inactive (5).
- Expand (6) to view additional outcome information (7).
View through “Outcome Collections”
- Click “Outcome & Rubrics” (8).
- Click “Outcome Collections” (9).
- Click an outcome collection (11)
- You can search for the outcome collection by name or keyword (10).
- Locate the outcome in the list (13).
- You can search for an outcome by name or keyword (12).
- You can set an outcome as active or inactive (14).
- Expand (15) to view additional outcome information (16).
Edit outcome
- Click “Edit” in the outcome list (17) or with the outcome expanded (18).
- Edit the outcome name, number, or description (19), and click “Save” (20).
Delete outcome
- Click “Remove” in the outcome list (21) or “Remove” in the expanded outcome (22).
WARNING
Deleting an outcome erases all associated assessment data.
- Confirm the deletion (23).
View, edit, and delete rubrics
View rubric
- Expand an outcome (1).
- Click a rubric (2).
- You will see the rubric details (4).
- You can view the rubric in full screen (3).
Edit rubric
- While viewing an expanded outcome click “Edit” (5).
- Make desired changes to the rubric.

Delete rubric
- While viewing an expanded outcome, click "Delete" (6).
- Confirm the deletion (7).
WARNING
Deleting a rubric erases all associated assessment data.
Create rubric
- You can create one or more rubrics for an outcome. When there are multiple rubrics, you can select one as the default.
- Having multiple rubrics is useful to assess an outcome in different contexts.
EXAMPLE
The outcome may have different rubrics for undergraduate and graduate level students.
- While viewing an expanded outcome, click "Add rubric" (8).
- Click “Create new rubric” (9).

Import rubrics
Import from Digication Kora
- While viewing an expanded outcome, click “Add rubric” (10).
- Hover over the outcome with the rubric you want to import and click (12).
- You can search for an outcome if it does not appear automatically (11).
- Click the rubric to import (13).
- You can preview a rubric (14).
- Make any desired changes to the rubric, then click “Save” (15).
Import from classic
- While viewing an expanded outcome, click "Add rubric" (16).
- Click “Import from classic” (17).
- Click “Import” (19)
- You can search for a rubric if the one you want does not appear automatically (18).
- Make any desired changes to the rubric, then click “Save.”
