Users briefly experienced "Unexpected error" errors on June 5th, 2023 when trying to access Digication. These errors began at 8:41pm Eastern time and were resolved at 8:58pm Eastern.
The full error message seen by users was "An unexpected error has occurred, and the system administrator has been notified. For assistance, please contact your administrator or support@digication.com"
Our engineers investigated and were quickly able to resolve the errors. We will update this announcement with more information about the resolution, duration and underlying cause of the issue as they become available.
We are very sorry for the frustration these issues caused for our community!
