RESOLVED: Errors loading ePortfolios June 13, 2023

Dear Digication Community,

UPDATE: Amazon Web Services (AWS) experienced errors and latencies with multiple AWS services in the US-EAST-1 Region today from 2:49PM Eastern time to 6:37PM Eastern time. These issues impacted Digication users’ ability to open and view ePortfolios and ePortfolio assignment submissions. Amazon has now fully resolved these issues.

During the incident, users were seeing a blank screen when trying to view ePortfolios or ePortfolio submissions to assignments.

We are so sorry about the frustration our community experienced due to these issues!

We will update this announcement with additional details about the cause, duration and resolution of the issue as soon as they become available!
