Sending A Group Email

This help content is only applicable to:

  • administrators or faculty managing a course, community or assessment group.

The Email Students and Email Faculty checkbox determines who is emailed based on the roles you have set up in the User Access section. 

Enter a subject line and body for your group email.

If you check Send Me a Copy, you will also receive a copy of the email.

When you are done writing your email, click the Send button. 

Please note that you will be asked to confirm on the next screen and click Send again.
