Outgoing Email Service RESTORED on March 21st

Dear Digication Community,

Our outgoing email service has now been restored!

Our outgoing email service was interrupted this morning at approximately 10am Eastern Time. The outage lasted until approximately 3:15pm Eastern Time.

The affected email services were as follows:

- e-Portfolio comment notifications

- course assignment and discussion notifications

- group emails within course

Notifications and group emails sent during that time-frame were not successful, and did not reach their intended recipients.

Our apologies for the interruption of this important service and the frustration to our users!
