RESOLVED: Errors reported August 22nd, 2016

UPDATE:

The intermittent errors experienced by some end users using the New Dashboard were resolved on 8/22 at 3pm EST. Thank you for your patience while we worked on resolving these errors. An unrelated bug was found with the Conversations tool during our resolution of these errors that our team is working to fix. The conversations bug is a display issue that shows multiple messages until the page is refreshed.

We are currently seeing intermittent errors for some users. These errors include:

1. New Dashboard users: problems logging in or being logged out unexpectedly

2. New Dashboard users: Intermittent problem with My Updates on the New Dashboard

3. Conversations users: multiple duplicate messages being sent when using Conversations

We are very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration the Digication community is experiencing due to these problems!

We are working as quickly as possible to resolve them, and will post updates as the situation changes.
