Dear Digication Community,
We experienced an issue today, October 14th, 2016, which impacted the ability to create new ePortfolios using templates. The issue was identified at 9:50AM Eastern and verified as resolved at 10:29AM Eastern.
Users impacted by this issue received an error message when they attempted to create a new ePortfolio from a template, but all users should now be able to create an ePortfolio from a template normally.
We sincerely apologize for any frustration and inconvenience arising from this issue!
