RESOLVED: Errors reported December 6, 2016

We experienced an issue today, December 6, 2016, that caused an elevated number of error messages for our users for a period of time starting at approximately 11:37 a.m. EST until approximately 12:15 p.m. EST. We truly apologize for the inconvenience and frustration at this busy time of the semester!

The problem has been completely resolved and our community should no longer see frequent error messages.

Again, we sincerely apologize for the difficulties this caused our community today!
