Dear Digication Community,
Some of our users experienced login issues and error messages on Digication earlier today. These issues affected users between 4:11 AM and 9:57 AM Eastern on May 20, 2024.
A configuration update caused an issue that displayed "There was an error on this page" pop up error messages when loading some profile and notifications content and caused login trouble for users who log in through single sign-on. During this time, users were able to utilize other areas of the platform. To resolve these errors, we have rolled back the change, and the platform is fully-operational again.
We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused, and for the disruption for our community today!
