LMS For Kora - Accessing Digication through Blackboard

Version: Kora Courses, June 07, 2024 or later

Permissions required: Student

If your school has configured your Learning Management System (LMS) with Digication, you can create work using Digication in your course in a few steps. Examples of LMS include Canvas, Blackboard, Brightspace, Sakai, and Moodle.

  • First, log in to your LMS, and go to the course that is using Digication (1).

  • On your course Home Page (2), select the Digication link (3). The location may vary based on course settings.

New Digication user

If you do not yet have a Digication account, you will see one of two screens, depending on your school’s Blackboard Learn integration settings.

If your school allows your Blackboard Learn integration to create new Digication accounts, you will be logged directly into Digication with your new account, and you will need to accept the terms and conditions to proceed.

If your school has disabled account creation via your LMS integration, you will see the following message:  "No user found with sync ID xxxxxx"

NOTE: In this case, you will need to contact your school’s administrators to obtain a Digication account.

Existing Digication user

If you already have a Digication account, you will be immediately logged into your account and taken to the Home page (1) for the Digication course that is connected to your Blackboard Learn course.

If your instructor has created any Digication assignments (2) for you, you will see them listed on the course home page.
