UPDATE: This issue has now been resolved.
Some of our users experienced error messages on Digication today. These issues affected users between approximately 1:24pm PM and 2:05pm Eastern on August 2, 2024.
Users saw "There was an error on this page" pop up error messages when loading some profile and notifications content. The error message could be closed during the incident to allow users to utilize other areas of the platform. Users also experienced errors when accessing Digication via their LMS integration.
Our development team investigated these issues and rolled back a change which had triggered the errors. The platform is fully-operational again.
