RESOLVED: We would like to inform you that between 4:00am and 9:53am Eastern on January 11th, 2025 there were several brief windows lasting 3 to 4 minutes during which users may have experienced 502 errors when accessing our system.
We are so sorry for the inconvenience and frustration these errors may have caused for our community!
Our technical team has identified and resolved the issue, and all services are now functioning normally.
