Dear Digication System Administrators,
Digication performed system maintenance February 25th from 3:00AM PT to 5:00AM PT (https://support.digication.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000775671-Digication-System-Maintenance-February-25th-at-3-00AM-PT)
After the maintenance was completed, schools were experiencing login difficulty. Sometimes end users could not login at all. Other times they may have been logged in briefly and then logged out. The login issues were occurring after system maintenance completed between 5:00AM - 7:20AM PT.
Our team has resolved this unfortunate issue that arose as a result of configuration changes that took place during our scheduled maintenance.
We apologize for the inconvenience our community experienced due to this issue.
