Note: ePortfolio Permission Settings (Different from Roles)
A student, faculty or administrator may have administrative permissions in an individual ePortfolio. Permission settings are edited at the ePortfolio level, not defined as a "role" at the system level within Digication. In Digication, every end user can create unlimited number of ePortfolios and each ePortfolio has independent access permission settings. As an example, the creator of the ePortfolio will be its Admin. The Admin can further assign other users as the ePortfolio’s Admin, Publishers, Editors, or Viewers.
- Admin can edit e-Portfolio settings, add / remove users, edit, and publish e-Portfolio.
- Publisher can edit and publish e-Portfolio.
- Editor can edit but not publish e-Portfolio.
- Viewer can view e-Portfolio.
