Dear Digication Community,
We are happy to announce that the anticipated changes to our Template Management area and Digication Templates are now here!
As we announced on August 17, our Default Template, previously available to all schools, has been hidden for all schools, and replaced by an improved “Student Template.” This new template boasts an improved layout which takes advantage of our latest features. If you would like to begin using the Student Template, you can find it by creating a new ePortfolio, or through our New Administration tools.
Additionally, we have made a number of improvements to the Template Management area which will allow Administrators to more efficiently access, sort, and manage the templates available to their users. Improvements include an improved ability to filter templates by type, and the ability to hide Digication Templates. For a full description of our Template Management tools, please see our documentation here.
If you feel that your community should continue to have access to the previous default template, you will have the option of restoring it to your system; however, we strongly recommend utilizing the new Student Template, or creating custom templates.
If you have questions or feedback, as always, we encourage you to reach out to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
