Dear Digication Community,
We have discovered a couple of issues affecting users who access Digication via iPad and iPhone. Our developers will soon have a solution for these issues. In the meantime, we wanted to bring them to your attention and to provide some potential work-arounds.
The potential issues for iPad and iPhone users are as follows:
- When uploading photos on the iPad or iPhone, you may find that they are oriented incorrectly. Until this issue is fixed, you can manually change the orientation using the Edit tools. For instructions on doing so, please see the following Help Desk article: Capture Photos
- For users accessing Digication through an LMS on their iPad or iPhone, the template screen may be partially cut-off, preventing access to some templates.
