UPDATE 2: Our engineers have addressed the underlying issue for the problems users were experiencing and these errors are now considered fully resolved.
UPDATE 1: Our engineers have been working to mitigate the issues users were seeing earlier and the system is functioning normally as of 7:30PM Eastern time. We do not yet consider the issue fully resolved, but users should be able to login and continue their work. We will update again when the issue is considered fully resolved!
We are aware that some users are experiencing login trouble and system slowness or 502 errors this afternoon. Affected users with login trouble are being redirected back to their login page rather than being logged into their accounts. Users who are able to login are finding the system slow to respond or receiving 502 errors.
Our team is investigating the source of these errors and working to restore access as soon as possible.
We are very sorry for the frustration and difficulty caused for our community and will update this post with more information about the cause, duration and resolution of this issue as it becomes available!
