Institutions that have enabled the Individual Plan, can create user accounts through a CSV upload and admins can batch edit license info to specify whether each user will use an Individual Plan or an Enterprise Plan. As always, admins have the option of using either a Standard CSV Import or a Simple CSV Import. The CSV format includes one additional column for institutions using the Individual plan as seen below. Standard CSV Import
For Institutions using the Individual Plan, the Standard CSV Import includes one additional column labeled “Enterprise Plan”. In this column, input a “1” if the user will be on the Enterprise Plan, or a “0” if the user will be on an Individual Plan. Here is a template you can use for the import.
Simple CSV Import
The Simple CSV Import likewise includes one additional column labeled “Enterprise Plan”. In this column, input “yes” if the user will be on the Enterprise Plan, or “no” if the user will be on an Individual Plan. Here is a template you can use for the import.
