RESOLVED: As of July 29 at 1:48am Eastern this issue is considered fully resolved.
Dear Digication Administrators,
On July 28th at 9:41pm Eastern time our team became aware of login issues affecting some campuses with SSO enabled. Affected users were seeing a white error page with a “500 Internal Server Error” message. Native logins and LTI based logins were not affected during our testing.
Our engineers investigated and determined that part of our system was running out of resources to handle the requests properly. In response, our team added or reallocated the needed resources for the affected system components. The issues were considered fully resolved at 1:48am Eastern time.
We are implementing improved monitoring and alerting to mitigate the risk of this issue occurring again in the future.
We apologize for the trouble this issue caused at this challenging time. We thank you for your patience as we worked to resolve the issue!
