Users were unable to access Digication for a brief period this morning. Users saw an error page, “502 Bad Gateway”, when attempting to access Digication between 9:33AM - 9:42AM Eastern time, October 1, 2020.
Our team investigated the source of these errors, an inefficient query, and worked to restore access as soon as possible. To mitigate this issue for the future, our engineers made a change which improved the speed at which such queries are processed.
We are very sorry for the frustration and difficulty caused for our community!
