RESOLVED: Digication File Uploads October 9, 2020

Dear Digication Community,

Digication experienced some slower than normal file uploads on October 9, 2020. Files of all types were uploading successfully, but the process was intermittently taking longer than expected for some files. These issues began at 9:18am Eastern time and were considered fully resolved at 3:11pm Eastern.

The underlying cause of the issue began with an Amazon AWS outage which impacted the infrastructure of the service provider handling Digication file uploads. Adjustments were made to the infrastructure to mitigate the impact for the future.

We are sorry for any concern and frustration that these issues caused our community!
