Dear Digication Community,
Some of our users experienced trouble logging in the morning of January 26, 2021.
The login trouble primarily affected those users who were prompted to accept the End User License Agreement (EULA). The incident began at 7:14am Eastern time and was resolved at 10:37am.
The underlying cause of the issue was the deployment of code which triggered a bug that wouldn't allow users to move past the EULA acceptance step while trying to login. Our engineers reversed the change and will implement additional testing before redeploying to insure the issue does not occur again.
