My Programs helps you assess student learning across courses and programs. It also supports accreditation reporting by aligning with your program's learning outcomes.
A Program can include submissions from different courses and semesters. You can import submissions and assign them to reviewers who will then assess them using rubrics associated with learning outcomes.
Create a program
- Scroll down to the My Programs section and click "Create Program" (1).
- Select a preferred program type (2) or create your own (3). All program types have identical features.
- Enter the program Name (required) (4), Description (optional) (5), and Start/End Dates (optional) (6).
- Click “Create” (7).
- The program will be created, and its home page (8) will open. Here, you can review the program status under Submissions, Reviewers, and Program Assessment settings.
Edit or delete a Program
- Click on the program (1).
- Click “Menu” (2).
- Click “Settings” (3) to edit the program type, name, description, and start/end dates.
- Click “Assessment Settings” to edit the assessment details, such as due date, visibility, reassessment, outcomes, etc. (4)
- Click “Delete” (5) and then confirm to delete the program.
