Dear Digication Community,
In keeping with our commitment to providing a two-week notice in advance of any changes to our user interface, we wanted to let you know about the release of an update that will occur during the week of November 10, 2025. Students and alumni will no longer be able to create ePortfolio templates.
How does this change benefit users?
Previously, any member of the community had the ability to create ePortfolio Templates from their work. Unfortunately, this often created confusion and additional work!
After receiving feedback from the community, we have decided to remove the ability for student and alumni accounts to create ePortfolio templates. Students and alumni will still be able to create new ePortfolios based on any templates shared with them.
