Dear Digication Community,
On July 21st, 2021 from 11:22am Eastern to 11:55am Eastern time, our users saw error messages on loading pages in Digication. Users were able to close those error messages and re-access their courses and ePortfolios to continue working during this time.
The underlying cause of the issue was a process error during the deployment of code, which triggered error messages for users as pages loaded. Our engineers were able to identify the issue and redeploy the change successfully, which resolved the errors.
We are so sorry for the frustration and difficulty caused for our community!
