RESOLVED: ePortfolio Access Issues August 5, 2021

Dear Digication Community,

On August 5th, 2021 some users experienced an ePortfolio access permission issue that caused them to lose access to their ePortfolio content from their dashboard, including editing capabilities. This issue has now been resolved.

No user content was lost and our engineers worked to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will update this announcement with more information about the cause, duration and resolution of this issue as it becomes available.

We are so sorry for the frustration and difficulty caused for the members of our community who are experiencing these issues!
