RESOLVED: ePortfolio Creation and Saving Errors September 1, 2021

Dear Digication Community,

UPDATE: Our engineers now consider the issues that were impacting users on September 1st to be fully resolved. We will provide additional information about the cause and resolution as soon as possible!

Users are reporting experiencing difficulty with ePortfolio and template creation and copying, and seeing error messages while saving content in their ePortfolios. These issues began at approximately 11am Eastern time on September 1, 2021.

Our engineers are currently investigating this issue as their top priority and we will update this announcement with more details about the cause, duration and resolution of this issue as they become available!

We are so sorry for the frustration and difficulty for our community at this busy time of year!
