RESOLVED: Digication Errors and Media Display Issues December 22, 2021

Dear Digication Community,

UPDATE: Amazon Web Services reports that full functionality has been restored. Having monitored Digication services closely since the improvement at 1pm today, we have seen no issues. We believe that all Digication functionality is back to normal, and now consider the issue fully-resolved.

An Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage this morning has been affecting Digication access for some users and causing errors while accessing some kinds of content, including the beta Administration panel, archived ePortfolio submissions and media content.

Live ePortfolios are accessible and editable but media content is not currently being displayed.

We are so sorry for the impact this is having on our community at this busy time of year!

We are monitoring this situation closely and will update this announcement with additional information as it becomes available.
