RESOLVED: Errors connecting new LMS courses to Digication January 7, 2022

UPDATE: Our engineers were able to resolve this issue by 5:45am ET, January 8. New LMS courses should now connect to Digication as expected.

Dear Digication Community,

We're aware that users may be experiencing issues when trying to connect new Learning Management System (LMS) courses to Digication. When users try to click on the Digication link in one of these courses, they see an error stating, "There was a problem processing the request you just made. (0)" and the course connection is not successful.

Existing LMS courses are working as expected; these errors are only occurring for courses connecting to Digication for the first time.

The underlying cause of the errors is a bug introduced during an update this morning. We will reverse this change overnight and expect this issue to be resolved for users by tomorrow morning, Eastern time. We will update this announcement with additional information as it becomes available.
