Accepting an invitation

Version: Kora Permissions required: None (pre-login)

There are two types of Digication invitations: course invitations and system invitations. The process for both is essentially the same.

Course invitation

A course invitation means an instructor has added you to their course, but you do not have a Digication account yet. Click the link in the email to sign up. You will go straight in, or through a quick approval step if your organization requires it.

System invitation

A system invitation gives you access to your organization's Digication system. The process is the same: click the link and follow the signup steps.

Complete signup

Clicking the link takes you to a short signup form. Enter your name, choose your role, and submit.

With either type of invitation, some organizations require an administrator to approve your account before your access is fully set up. If that is the case, you will see a waiting screen. This is completely normal. You will receive an email once you are approved.
