Digication Accessibility Update - May 7, 2026

As a leading provider of ePortfolio and Assessment solutions, we consider it our utmost responsibility to ensure that no users are excluded. Accessibility is essential to our mission, and we are committed to delivering a product that all members of our community can use with confidence and independence.

This update expands our VPAT to include Chapters 3 through 6 of the Revised Section 508 Standards, adding deeper coverage across functional performance criteria, software accessibility, and support documentation.

Digication Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) May 2026

Chapter 3 – Functional Performance Criteria
Ensures that Digication is operable by users regardless of their sensory, physical, or cognitive abilities. This includes support for users without vision, with limited vision, without hearing, with limited hearing, without speech, and with limited manipulation.

Chapter 4 – Hardware
Not Applicable. Digication is a web-based SaaS ePortfolio and digital assessment platform with no hardware component.

Chapter 5 – Software
Covers the accessibility of Digication's software and authoring tools, including interoperability with assistive technology, user preference support, accessible prompts and forms, caption controls, and accessibility of portfolio and assessment templates.

Chapter 6 – Support Documentation and Services
Ensures that Digication's support documentation, help resources, and customer support services are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.

Importantly, all criteria previously documented under the original Section 508 standards continue to be fully supported. This update builds upon that foundation by aligning our documentation with the current federal accessibility framework.
