RESOLVED: Digication Errors April 11, 2022

Dear Digication Community,

UPDATE: This issue was considered resolved at 11:05pm Eastern April 11, 2022. Additional details about the cause and resolution will be posted here when they are available.

Users are reporting experiencing intermittent difficulty and slowness with ePortfolio, template and ePortfolio page creation and copying, and seeing intermittent error messages while publishing content in their ePortfolios. These issues began at approximately 2:10pm Eastern time on April 11, 2022.

We are currently investigating these issues as our top priority and we will update this announcement with more details about the cause, duration and resolution of these issues as they become available!

We are so sorry for the frustration and difficulty for our community!
