Dear Digication Administrators,
UPDATE: Users experienced errors accessing Digication from approximately 11:33am to 11:58am Eastern time on September 14, 2026. This issue has been resolved.
During this window, users may have seen a "502 Bad Gateway" message or a blank white page when loading Digication, including the login page.
The errors were caused by a routine update deployed this morning that placed an unexpectedly heavy load on our database during peak traffic. Our engineers identified the cause, removed the part of the update responsible, and deployed the fix at approximately 12:47pm Eastern time. The system has been stable since, and we will continue to monitor it closely.
To prevent this from happening again, we have permanently removed the code that caused the issue. In the future, updates of this type will undergo additional testing to prevent similar database overloads before they are released.
We are very sorry for the disruption and frustration this caused for your community today, and we appreciate your patience while our team worked to resolve the issue.
