UPDATED - this issue is resolved.
Users were unable to access Digication for a period of time on October 2, 2022. The issue began at approximately 5:30 AM Eastern time and was resolved at 11:30 AM Eastern time.
During this time period users were seeing a window with the message “There was an error on this page. If you encounter this error repeatedly, please contact us at support@digication.com.”
Our team investigated and determined that our servers were having connection problems and introduced a change in our configuration to prevent those issues from reoccurring.
We are very sorry for the frustration and difficulty this caused for our community!
