NOTE: "My assignments and activities" is available for faculty members when they are teaching a course with assignments.
- “My assignments and activities” is available in two places:
- Dashboard: list of assignments across all courses (1).
- Inside a course: list of assignments only for that course (2).
Create, edit, or delete assignments
Create assignment
- On the relevant course page, click “Add assignment” (3).
Edit assignment
- Select the assignment to edit, then click “Assignment actions” (4).
- Click “Edit” (5).

Filter assignments
A. Filter assignments (1) based on the course or group time frame (2) (Current, Future, and Past). To apply this filter, select the desired option and activate it by clicking the checkbox.
B. Ensure your preferred settings, including chosen filters, are saved by selecting 'Remember my options.' (3). This option is displayed only if there is a change to the applied filters.
Display course information
A. Users can opt to display additional information related to the course or group (1), including Name (2), Number (3), and Sync ID (4). Activate this option by checking the corresponding checkbox.
B. Ensure your preferred settings, including chosen filters, are saved by selecting 'Remember my options.' (5). This option is displayed only if there is a change to the applied filters.
Delete assignment
- Select the assignment to delete, then click “Assignment actions” (4).
- Click “Delete” (6).
- Confirm the deletion (7).
WARNING: Please be aware, this action CAN NOT be undone.
Send messages to student groups
- "My assignments and activities" shows how many students have submitted work for an assignment (1).
- Click on “Submitted” or “Not submitted” to send messages to student groups.
- Select whether to send the message to submitting students, non-submitting students, or both (2).
- Toggles can be used to allow late submission and/or send yourself a copy of the message.
Grade, assess, and provide feedback on submissions
- Click “Review submissions” (1).
- In the Review Page, you can grade (2), assess (3), and provide feedback (4) on submissions
