My assignments and activities

Version: Kora Courses, April 14, 2023 or later

Permissions required: Faculty

NOTE: "My assignments and activities" is available for faculty members when they are teaching a course with assignments.

  • “My assignments and activities” is available in two places:
    • Dashboard: list of assignments across all courses (1).
    • Inside a course: list of assignments only for that course (2).

Create, edit, or delete assignments

Create assignment

  1. On the relevant course page, click “Add assignment” (3).

Edit assignment

  1. Select the assignment to edit, then click “Assignment actions” (4).
  2. Click “Edit” (5).

Delete assignment

  1. Select the assignment to delete, then click “Assignment actions” (4).
  2. Click “Delete” (6).

  1. Confirm the deletion (7).

WARNING: Please be aware, this action CAN NOT be undone.

Send messages to student groups

  1. "My assignments and activities" shows how many students have submitted work for an assignment (1).

  1. Click on “Submitted” or “Not submitted” to send messages to student groups.
  2. Select whether to send the message to submitting students, non-submitting students, or both (2).
  3. Toggles can be used to allow late submission and/or send yourself a copy of the message.

Grade, assess, and provide feedback on submissions

  1. Click “Review submissions” (1).

  1. In the Review Page, you can grade (2), assess (3), and provide feedback (4) on submissions
