Share course websites, resources, and work examples

Version: Kora Courses, August 28, 2024 or later

Permissions required: Faculty

  • This feature enables faculty members to share course websites, resources, and work examples with their students easily. So the students can access all the shared resources in one place.
  • All shared and published Work are listed under the Kora Course dashboard, providing a simplified way for students and faculty members to easily view all shared work.


  • If no courses, communities, custom course types, or assessment groups are set up, create one (1).

  • Add students and faculty members (2).

  • Create work (3) such as course websites, resources, or work examples to share with your students.

  • Associate your work with a preferred template (4).

  • Once you have completed creating your course website, work examples, or other educational resources that you need to share with your students, click "Share Settings" (5) publish your work (6), and share it with the faculty and students, group, or course (7).

  • Once shared, the work is listed under the section "Work Shared in the Course/Community/Group" (8) on both the student and faculty Course dashboard.
  • This allows students to access all the resources shared in the course in one place.
