Digication Development Update - 10/11/19

Dear Digication Community,

We have a couple of updates to share with you today:

  • Added Levels of ePortfolio Access
  • Digication Kora Webinars

Added Levels of ePortfolio Access

In February of 2017, we introduced our New Administrator Tools, an improved interface for Digication administrators to manage users, ePortfolios, templates, and many other elements of their Digication system.  With the launch of Digication Kora, it is easier than ever to access and use the New Administrator Tools.

We are happy to let you know that we have updated Administrator Groups, an existing feature of the New Administrator Tools, in order to give administrators the ability to grant individual users increased levels of access to ePortfolios.  These new levels of access, which can allow specific users to have “Read” or “Read & Write” access to all system ePortfolios, are useful for Help Desk employees, Advisors, and any other individuals who can benefit from greater ePortfolio access, but who don’t necessitate full administrator status.

To learn more about using Administrator Groups to control user access to ePortfolios, please see the following article:  Using Administrator Groups.

Digication Kora Webinars

With the recent launch of Digication Kora, we are happy to announce that we will be hosting a number of webinar sessions over the coming months to provide a demonstration of the new interface, and to answer any questions you may have.  During these sessions, we will cover the following:

  • Uploading a system background image & logo
  • The ePortfolio Directory
  • Course Set-up
  • Customizing the login screen

Feel free to invite your colleagues or any faculty members who may be interested in getting an introduction to Digication Kora.

If you are interested in attending one of these sessions, please feel free to register using the following link:  https://digication-kora-jeff-yan.youcanbook.me/

Space in limited on a per session basis. Please RSVP at least 24 hours prior to each webinar. Once you have RSVP’d you will receive a link to a Zoom meeting room that can be accessed by your computer or by the Zoom app on your smartphone or tablet.

We hope to see you there! If you have any questions, comments or concerns please direct them to support@digication.com.

Kind Regards,

Your Friends at Digication
