Program Status provides a real-time overview of submission activity, reviewer progress, and assessment settings in your program.
- To view Program Status, navigate to the Home tab (1) of your program.
If you do not have any programs, you can create a new one. Please see "Create, edit, or delete Programs."
View submission status
View the current progress of student submissions and assessments in the Submissions section.
- Submissions: Shows the total number of submissions currently available in the program (1). Click the "+" icon (2) next to Submissions to navigate to the Submissions page, where you can import and manage submissions.
- Submissions assessed: Indicates how many of the total submissions have been assessed, along with a progress bar and percentage (3).
- Submissions with course assessment: Displays how many submissions have already received a course-level assessment (4).
- Submissions allocated to reviewers: Displays how many submissions have been assigned to program reviewers (5).
- Submissions flagged: Indicates the number of submissions flagged for review or attention (6).

View reviewer status
Scroll down to the Reviewers section to view reviewer assignments and assessment completion status.
- Program reviewers: Shows the number of reviewers currently added to the program (1). Click the + icon (2) to go to the “People” tab and add more reviewers.
- Program reviewers allocated with submission: Displays how many reviewers have at least one submission assigned to them (3).
- Program reviewers completed the assessments: Indicates how many reviewers have completed their assigned assessments, along with a progress bar (4).

View program assessment settings
Access the Program Assessment Settings section to manage outcomes and other assessment settings such as reviewer permissions, assessment visibility, reassessment options, and due dates.
- Visibility to reviewers: Indicates whether the submissions are currently visible to reviewers (e.g., Visible, Hidden) (1).
- Assessment due date: Displays the due date for program assessments, if one has been set. If no deadline exists, this will say No due date (2).
- Click the "+" icon (3) next to Outcomes to open the Assessment Settings page and configure program outcomes.
